**Position:** Press Operator
**Location:** Canfield Aluminum Company, Canfield, OH
**Shift:**Midnight Shift (10:00pm-6:00am), Monday to Friday with Some Saturdays
**Pay:** $17 per hour
**Dress Code:** Steel toe work boots, jeans, and a t-shirt
**Employment Type:** Temporary to Hire
**Drug Testing:** Required
**Job Description:**
As a Press Operator at Canfield Aluminum Company, you will play a crucial role in the production process. Operating a press, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain the high standards for which Canfield Aluminum Company is known.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate machinery and production equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure quality control.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals.
**Requirements:**
- Previous Press Operator experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have steel toe work boots.
- Dress code includes jeans and a t-shirt.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as required.
