As our Business Development representative in St. George, you will be the driving force behind Bonneville Builders growth in Southern Utah.Your primary focus will be on cultivating andmaintaininghigh-level relationships with key decision-makersincluding developers, architects, and property ownersto ensure we are the preferred partner for their most ambitious projects.This role is about more than just finding leads; it is about building the trust and long-term connections that sustain our business in the hospitality, multi-unit, and industrial sectors.
Whatyoulldo:
Stakeholder Relations
- Cultivate and manage deep, long-term relationshipswith key decision-makers, including land developers, lead architects, and corporate real estate directors.
- Facilitate high-level introductionsbetween potential clients and our executive team to reinforce project confidence.
- Maintain consistent touchpointswith existing and past clients toidentifyfuture project pipelines and ensure total satisfaction.
Business Development
- Identifyand qualify new construction opportunitieswithin theindustrial,hospitality, healthcare, and retail sectors across Southern Utah.
- Utilize CRM toolsto meticulously track lead engagement, relationship health, and market trends for executive reporting.
- Research and track local zoning changes, land sales, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market curve.
Project Execution and Coordination
- Lead theinitialdiscovery phasefor new projects, ensuring a thorough understanding of the clients vision, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with the estimating and pre-construction teamsto ensure that bid proposals are technically sound and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Manage the seamless transitionof won projects from the sales phase to the project management team, ensuring no loss of detail or relationship continuity.

Technical & Professional Skills
- Strategic Thinking:The ability to analyze market data and internal growth targets to createa viable, actionable regional sales strategy.
- Education:ABachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Self-Starter Mentality:High levelof autonomy and "intrapreneurial" spirityou are comfortable working remotely in St. George while staying aligned with the SLC headquarters.
