Pay Range: up to $65,000 with performance bonuses, also depending on experience
Hours:Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with OT options)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Take incoming customer calls
- Dispatch service technicians to job sites
- Debrief service technicians after completion of each call
- Forecast workload for technicians
- Update customer files
- Create service contract proposals for new customers
- Maintain maintenance agreements
- Make customer survey calls
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in dispatching or customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including working in MS Office
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Ability to multi-task
