We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations and resident care in our assisted living / senior living community. This leadership role partners closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure safe, compliant, and resident-centered care while supporting and developing care staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily nursing operations and quality assurance initiatives
- Oversee medication management, MAR/TAR accuracy, and safe storage
- Assist with staffing, scheduling support, training, supervision, and coaching
- Monitor resident health needs including falls, skin integrity, weight changes, behaviors, and ADLs
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, hospice, and home health providers
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and resident documentation
- Support compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards
- Assist with audits, incident tracking, and clinical reporting
Requirements:Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of employment
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Comfortable with electronic charting and basic computer systems
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet during shifts
- CPR/First Aid preferred
- Medication delegation training as required by state regulations
