Job Summary
Staff Force is seeking an experienced Inserter Operator to join our fast-paced digital printing operation. This role is responsible for operating high-speed mail inserting equipment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed mail inserting equipment efficiently and safely
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to minimize downtime
- Create service tickets and communicate with service vendors as needed
- Read and follow work order specifications accurately
- Ensure all mail pieces meet quality and audit standards prior to shipping
- Report damaged materials or errors to leadership promptly
- Enter accurate production data using management systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
- Communicate potential delays or interruptions to the leadership team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience operating inserting machines (preferred)
- Knowledge of print, mail, and shipping processes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Team-oriented with the ability to train or assist others
Experience
- Inserter Machine Operation: 10 years (preferred)
