We are seeking a motivated Electrical Top Helper to assist our electricians and support the daily operations on job sites. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone looking to grow their career in electrical construction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

• Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites.

• Pull, bend, and secure conduit; assist with wiring and cable installation.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Support electricians in troubleshooting and completing electrical tasks efficiently.

• Learn and grow technical skills under the supervision of experienced electricians.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or electrical experience preferred but not required.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

• Basic knowledge of electrical tools and materials is a plus.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

• Valid driver’s license preferred.
