Trauma Program Manager (RN)

- What you’ll do
- Run the day-to-day trauma program.
- Lead staffing, budgets, planning, and quality improvement.
- Keep the trauma registry accurate and up to date.
- Train and educate staff on trauma prevention and care.
- Track patient progress during hospitalization.
- Step in with direct care when needed.
- What you bring
- California RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- ENPC within 6 months of hire.
- TNCC within 6 months of hire (Instructor preferred).
- 3–5 years in emergency or critical care preferred.
- BSN preferred.
