Trauma Program Manager (RN)

• What you’ll do
• Run the day-to-day trauma program.
• Lead staffing, budgets, planning, and quality improvement.
• Keep the trauma registry accurate and up to date.
• Train and educate staff on trauma prevention and care.
• Track patient progress during hospitalization.
• Step in with direct care when needed.

• What you bring
• California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• ENPC within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC within 6 months of hire (Instructor preferred).
• 3–5 years in emergency or critical care preferred.
• BSN preferred.
