At Simply Ed, we believe every NYC public school student deserves the attention, support, and encouragement they need to thrive — and so do you. As an Elementary Math & ELA Teacher’s Assistant at P.S. 165 Ida Posner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting upper elementary students through both in-class and after-school academic support.

This role includes push-in classroom support from 1:00–2:30 PM, followed by after-school small group instruction from 2:30–5:00 PM, supporting students in both Math and ELA.

From 3:00–5:00 PM, a classroom teacher will be present during after-school programming, except for 4:00–5:00 PM on Mondays, when you will support students more independently.
