Position Summary:
The Production Associate plays a key role in our bottling and production operations. This position ensures products are processed efficiently, safely, and meet our high-quality standards.
Minimum Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must have a current TB clearance
-
Valid government-issued ID for I-9 employment eligibility verification
Qualifications:
-
Previous production or warehouse experience preferred
-
Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
-
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-
Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to assigned work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Assist with the production and bottling of water products
-
Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment
-
Load and unload bottles during filling and packaging processes
-
Inspect products to ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
-
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
-
Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned
Work Schedule:
-
Full-time (6:00am to 2:30pm) - 5 Gallon Division
-
Full-time (5:00am to 1:30pm) - PET Small Pack Division (Morning Shift)
-
Full-time (1:30pm to 10:0pm) - PET Small Pack Division (Afternoon Shift)
-
Monday–Friday
-
Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required
