Primary Duty: Overview Supports the production of molded polyurethane foam by removing finished foam pads from molds and preparing molds for the next cycle. Performs duties as part of a rotating production team to ensure consistent quality and output.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Remove molded foam pads from tools by hand and place them on designated conveyor belts based on product code.
• Clean molds by removing flash and debris by hand; clean seal areas and automatic vents as necessary.
• Apply hand wax to molds to facilitate proper foam release; perform manual wax touch ups as needed.
• Rotate through production duties as assigned.
• Maintains cleanliness in assigned work areas and supports overall plant housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to assigned schedule, including working overtime and weekends as required.
• Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance.
