Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of landscape maintenance crew members in daily tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and irrigation system maintenance.
- Oversee scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with clients to address specific needs and requests, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels for ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
