Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through their first steps with our service. In this remote role, you’ll ensure clients feel confident, informed, and supported as they begin their journey, delivering a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide new customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide clear instructions on processes, forms, and next steps

  • Assist customers with completing documentation and account setup

  • Track progress and maintain detailed records in the CRM system

  • Proactively follow up to ensure onboarding tasks are completed

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in onboarding, customer service, or client support preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Adobe PDF tools

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Dependable, with a quiet remote workspace and reliable internet connection
