Job DescriptionWelder Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel components per detailed specifications and drawings
- Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and company requirements
- Safely set up and operate welding equipment and tools
- Read and interpret shop drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with fellow welders and production staff to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all plant safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
- Experience in stainless steel fabrication and welding
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of shop safety procedures and proper use of PPE
- Proficient in basic shop math (whole numbers and fractions)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $56160.00/yr.
