We work with a diverse clientele, including seniors, individuals needing support with hoarding challenges, families moving, and those navigating life changes.

Your Role: A Day Filled with Purpose!

Qualifications

We're searching for someone who is:

  • A Compassionate Listener: You genuinely care about others and understand the importance of listening attentively.
  • An Efficient and Organized Worker: You take pride in your work and have proven to manage tasks effectively.
  • Professional and Kind: You project a positive and respectful image in all interactions.
  • Flexible and Adaptable: Our schedule adjusts to our clients' needs, so you're comfortable with varying work hours. Typical shifts range from 3 to 8 hours, and we average 20-32 hours per week, depending on client demand and your availability.
  • Physically Capable: You can stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Reliable with Transportation and Cell Phone: You have your own reliable transportation to travel to client homes throughout the Portland/Vancouver area. You must live in the local area and be ready to go to different places each day! As on site communication is necessary, a working cell phone is needed.

Compensation

Starting hourly wages are $17 - $20 per hour. Advanced opportunities are available.
