- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Night Shift – 5x8s
- Weekdays: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Weekends: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, and blood bank
- Handle massive transfusion protocols in a trauma setting
- Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely reporting of lab results
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
✅ Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (strong blood bank experience REQUIRED)
- Certifications Required:
- BLS
- Active California CLS License
- Preferred:
- American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP Certification)
- First-time travelers not preferred (strong candidates may be considered)

- Candidates may float between Mission Viejo and Laguna Beach locations
- Must be flexible with scheduling (including weekends)
- Travelers expected to float within the system if needed
