- Engage with customers to understand their glass and sign needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales activities effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the glass or signage industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
