Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and data-driven Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of our marketing operations and focus in the Digital and know how to deilver messages thorth the platforms , and help drive business growth. This individual will be responsible for managing our advertising budgets(50-80K monthly), optimizing performance across all digital platforms, and collaborating with both our internal and offshore teams. You will lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy and support the company’s expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire marketing strategy and monthly ad budgets for home remodeling campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee SEO strategy and performance, collaborating with our in-house web developer.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Buildertrend CRM, and ad dashboards.
- Manage and optimize lead generation across platforms: Thumbtack, Yelp, Google Local Services, and our website.
- Collaborate with our graphic/video editor and web/SEO manager to align brand messaging and campaign assets.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all marketing activities.
- Stay current with digital trends, home remodeling market insights, and competitor strategies.
- Create monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights for company leadership.
Qualifications:
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Demonstrated success managing and optimizing high-volume advertising budgets ($40K–$80K/month) across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and similar platforms.
- Proven expertise in lead generation platforms including Thumbtack, Yelp, Google Local Services Ads (LSA), and website conversion strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience collaborating with web developers and content teams to drive organic growth.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards. Experience with GoHighLevel CRM and Buildertrend CRM (or JobNimbus) is highly valued.
- Fast learner with a strong ability to adapt to new tools and marketing strategies quickly.
- Skilled in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimizing marketing workflows to support business scaling.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills—capable of working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
