Join Our Team as a Clinical Supervisor - Substance Treatment Center (LCSW/LSATP/LMHP/LPC)

Our Substance Treatment Center is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to provide expert clinical oversight, foster a trauma-informed environment, and lead a team committed to recovery and excellence. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape treatment outcomes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support individuals on their path to wellness.

In this role, you will oversee clinical services within our residential program, ensuring adherence to DBHDS standards and ASAM criteria. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapeutic services including individual and group therapy. As a supervisor, you will mentor and coach program staff, lead interdisciplinary team meetings, and promote a culture of recovery, dignity, and respect. Your leadership will also extend to ensuring compliance with incident reporting, quality assurance initiatives, and community collaboration to facilitate seamless care.

Required Skills:

  • Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMHP, or CADC
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in substance use disorder treatment
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and therapeutic skills
  • Knowledge of ASAM’s six dimensions, trauma-informed care, and co-occurring disorders
  • Ability to supervise clinical staff and lead team initiatives
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with performance improvement projects and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and human rights regulations
  • Bilingual abilities or cultural competence in diverse populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Addiction Studies, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in substance use treatment
  • Current licensure or certification as required (LCSW, LPC, LMHP, or CADC)

Other Requirements:

  • CPR, First Aid, and Behavior Management training
  • Successful completion of criminal history and background investigations
  • Availability for ongoing professional development (minimum 40 hours annually)
  • Ability to work days, with a schedule of 5 shifts per week

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly pay rate of $48.00 plus comprehensive benefits
