Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This travel opportunity based in Humble, TX, offers a rewarding role focused on mammography imaging within a dynamic healthcare setting. The position is intended for a highly skilled Mammography Technologist equipped to deliver top-quality patient care through both screening and diagnostic services. The schedule allows for a four-day work week, providing Fridays off to support work-life balance.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Mammography Certification (ARRT)
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Recent experience with stereotactic breast biopsy and quality control
- Proficiency in screening and diagnostic mammography; biopsy experience preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, 7:15 AM to 5:45 PM
- Fridays off, allowing for extended weekends
Responsibilities:
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures with precision and care
- Execute stereotactic breast biopsies and maintain rigorous quality control standards
- Accurately document procedures and patient information within the EPIC EMR system
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high standards of patient care and safety
