Customer Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
Location: Rochester Hills, MI
Fully On-Site
We’re looking for a Customer FP&A Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping profitability, pricing, and customer value. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams - turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer-level financial planning: monthly, quarterly & annual cycles
- Analyze sales mix, pricing trends, margins & profitability
- Build dashboards and financial models to support decision-making
- Evaluate new business opportunities, tenders, and renewals
- Review customer financials and provide risk/opportunity insights
- Maintain and automate reporting across ERP/CRM/BI systems
- Support contract negotiations with financial insights
- Drive process improvements across Finance & Commercial functions
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of Customer FP&A experience (Seating/Automotive industry preferred)
- Strong financial modeling + data management capabilities
- Experience analyzing customer or product-level profitability
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Clear communication skills with the ability to present financial insights
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting required
- MBA or CPA/CMA/CFA preferred
