Position Summary:
Our Direct Sales Distributors (DSD) will manage existing/ open new accounts and be responsible for the success of the company in those respective accounts. This will be accomplished through effective account management skills, solid
market execution skills and the ability to develop strong relationships.
As a DSD, you will be a 1099 partner responsible for arranging market materials and samples for yourself.
Real Botanicals is not only redefining premium Kratom products on a global stage, but we are also aggressively compensating our DSD partners with commission tiers ranging from 15% to 25% in order to expand and continue to make our products available to all those who seek the benefits from our products.

RB DIRECT SALES DISTRIBUTOR ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate strong understanding of Real Botanicals products, promoting and selling offerings to vendors by visiting stores of existing / prospect vendors.

Maintain a professional, respectful, and helpful demeanor as a representative of Real Botanicals

Communicate ongoing contact activity utilizing Skynamo.

Maximize the sale and distribution of all company products in the assigned region customers through the establishment and appropriate execution of local and national sales programs.

Monitor retailer activity to drive volume and profitability through increased penetration and promotion.

Utilize tools, information, and feedback to attain customer performance goals and results.
Role Requirements

A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives

Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)

Successful sales track record; solid account management skills.

Understands, in depth, both methods of distribution, DSD and distributor

Can build an effective partnership with other departments; can provide constructive feedback re: new products, sales tools, promotions, etc.

Chain management experience is preferred.

Prior outside sales experience

Must have dependable transportation.

Be able to lift 50 lbs.

Local travel is required.
