Schedule 2: 1p-10p M-F
We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced mailroom team. This role involves operating large digital printers and inserter machines, handling sensitive healthcare documents, and ensuring timely and accurate mail processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-volume printers and inserters
- Fold, insert, and stamp mailings
- Multitask under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Maintain stock, clear jams, and verify print jobs
- Collaborate with team members and adapt to workflow changes
Top Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in print/mailroom operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PDF tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass background and drug screening
