The Affinity Center is an innovative, multi-disciplinary treatment center that specializes in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD and mood disorders for both children and adults. Applicants must be able to demonstrate competencies in the following areas: utilization of electronic health records, as well as strong verbal communication skills, writing skills, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and must above all, be able to prioritize excellent client/patient services.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
*Answering client calls and messages, and clearly communicate needs and expectations to both client and clinical/medical team.
* Scheduling appointments, taking payments, and other office tasks as needed.
* Supporting clinical and medical provider staff
Education requirements:
*High school diploma and college or trade education
*Minimum 5 years client (customer) service in professional or therapeutic setting
*Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office programs and Electronic Health Record administration
Understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations preferred
*PART-TIME coverage needed for Tuesdays & Thursdays 9-5PM
