Job DescriptionDegree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position with a collaborative school district in Richfield, Minnesota. What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals.
Provide engaging, direct therapy services in individual and small group settings at a single campus location.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.

What We're Looking For

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active Minnesota SLP license is REQUIRED (or eligibility to obtain).
Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) teaching license/certification.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply!
