This is a hands-on accounting role supporting project teams, leadership, and the financial operations that keep complex work moving forward. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and energized by partnering with both office and field staff.

What You’ll Get to Do
- Manage project accounting tasks including job costing, billing, AP, and AR
- Prepare monthly project reports, reconciliations, and forecasting schedules
- Review and track contracts, change orders, and supporting documentation
- Assist with financial statements, audit preparation, and support schedules
- Monitor budget-to-actual results, profitability, and cost performance
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems for all project and accounting records
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and leadership to resolve discrepancies
- Support compliance tasks such as insurance updates, licensing, and government reporting
- Assist with risk management duties including insurance renewals and project documentation
What You Bring
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2+ years of accounting experience (construction or project-based environment preferred)
- Basic understanding of job cost accounting, GAAP, and billing workflows
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and multitasking skills
- Clear communicator who works well with both office and field personnel
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to visit project sites when needed
