Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a medical device client for a contract role in Plymouth, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance leaders to ensure efficient operation of the office. This individual will assist executives by supporting them with planning, communications, and organization of meetings, travel and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff as needed
- Support event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Looking to pay around $25 an hour while on contract
