Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks an Occupational Therapist specialized in school-based therapy to support a wide-ranging student population in Union, NE. This position is a contract role running from August 6, 2026, through May 15, 2027, with an approximate 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to approximately 40 students across various age groups.
Work within multiple school buildings district-wide, offering tailored interventions.
Collaborate with educators and staff to support student participation and success.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized education plans (IEPs).
Participate in team meetings to coordinate care and strategies.

Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license.
Experience providing OT services in a school setting.
Ability to manage a full caseload with diverse student needs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with school-based intervention strategies and compliance standards.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday.
Daily hours from 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM.

Location: Union, Nebraska (district-wide schools).
