Why we need you:
O3 World is a digital experience consultancy that helps organizations design, build, and evolve customer experiences — blending strategy, design, technology, and AI. We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Associate to help elevate O3’s brand as a thought leader in digital transformation and AI strategy. You’ll help us amplify our thought leadership, support event marketing, and streamline our digital content efforts for O3, O3XO, and 1682. You’ll coordinate the flow of great ideas into great content — ensuring that the right stories reach the right audiences, with consistency and creativity.
What You’ll Do
- Curate and manage thought leadership content created by O3’s team of strategists, designers, and technologists.
- Edit, format, and distribute content across web, social, and set up email marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the publishing calendar and ensure consistency in brand tone, storytelling, and engagement.
- Manage and optimize social presence — particularly LinkedIn, with an understanding of audience engagement and paid/organic strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote events, webinars, and conferences (e.g., 1682), including coordination and procurement of sponsors, speakers, and partners.
- Represent O3 as a brand ambassador at company events and Philadelphia tech community gatherings
- Understanding of the Philadelphia technology ecosystem, key players, and industry trends is a strong plus.
- Create event content and social media coverage to amplify O3's presence in the local market and beyond to penetrate other markets.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve content quality, and create efficiencies across marketing operations.
What you need to be successful:
- 3+ years of experience overseeing or managing thought leadership and content marketing for a B2B organization.
- Hands-on experience curating SME-driven content and distributing it across multiple channels (website, newsletters, social media).
- Strong understanding of the marketing, digital services, and consulting landscape.
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, plus experience managing content or campaigns across other social platforms (X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, particularly Wordpress, and tools such as HubSpot, Figma, or similar.
- Comfortable interpreting data, using analytics dashboards, and making recommendations for improvement is a plus.
- Experience supporting event marketing and promotion is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for content creation, editing, or marketing efficiency.
