Plan, test, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of printed circuit boards using standard methods and procedures. Work from complex drawing specifications and follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors or Electronic Technicians. Visually inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies for missing components and general appearance. Test printed circuit boards using established procedures and a variety of test equipment. Stay informed about new developments in the electronics field and make recommendations for new or revised procedures or product improvements. Maintain records as directed by procedures or supervisors.

- Plan and execute testing, troubleshooting, and repair of printed circuit boards.
- Follow complex drawing specifications and supervisor instructions.
- Visually inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies for missing components.
- Test printed circuit boards using a variety of equipment.
- Stay updated on new developments in electronics.
- Recommend new or revised procedures or product improvements.
- Maintain records as directed.
Essential Skills
- Experience in PCB repair and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Ability to work with PCB layouts and electronics.
- Knowledge of circuit board operations.

- Ability to analyze problems using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Skill in identifying alternative solutions and projecting consequences.
- Capability to implement recommendations to support department goals.
- Interpretation and application of company policies and rules.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in operating industrial equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
