Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time 1:1 BCBA or Special Education Teacher is sought to support a 21-year-old female student with developmental disabilities at a high school in Nashua, NH. This position will run from ASAP through June 2026 under a contract agreement. The role involves working closely with two RBT staff members in both school and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral and educational support during school hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Collaborate with RBTs to transport the student between home, school, and community settings in the morning and afternoon.
- Deliver specially designed instruction, related services, and support the development of activities of daily living (ADL).
- Facilitate community-based vocational and leisure activities.
- Collect and analyze data on student progress using established methods.
- For BCBAs, supervise RBTs in line with certification requirements.
- Complete training or have existing certification in safety care, CPI, or CALM techniques.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in behavior specialist roles within school settings.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed Special Education Teacher.
- Experience managing high school caseloads and working directly with developmental disabilities.
- Willingness to complete training in safety care protocols if not currently certified.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to support collaboration with staff and families.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
