Provider must have 24 months minimum of current Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience - [REQUIRED]
\nSiemens and Spectrum Imaging experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
\nMust disclose any previous Parkland employment history in profile - [REQUIRED]
\nMust have an active permanent or temporary Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification from Texas Medical Board - [REQUIRED]
\nMust have current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with certification in Nuclear Medicine (N) or CNMT - [REQUIRED]
\nBLS (AHA)
\nMust have a thorough working knowledge of the field of nuclear medicine technology, and those aspects of chemistry, physics, mathematics and biomedical sciences that relate to nuclear medicine technology and its growth - [REQUIRED]
\nMust be able to administer intramuscular and intravenous injections and start intravenous lines - [REQUIRED]
\nMust be able to operate Gamma cameras, including SPECT/CT and PET/CT scanners, nuclear medicine computers, and Cardiac Stress equipment - [REQUIRED]
\nMust have basic knowledge of nuclear medicine therapeutic treatments - [REQUIRED]
\nMust have basic knowledge of EKG to perform cardiac studies - [REQUIRED]
