Position:
Join our dynamic and tight-knit school community as the Marketing and Operations Director, a pivotal role in shaping our future by blending tradition with innovation to uphold a legacy of excellence. Reporting directly to the Principal, you will spearhead our growth strategy, overseeing admissions, marketing initiatives, and essential operational functions.
We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and talented individual to become a key member of our school community. Key Responsibilities:
The bulk of admissions and marketing work occurs during the Early Admissions cycle, requiring strategic planning, rapid response, and high visibility. Operational responsibilities fluctuate in tandem. School year startup and closeout work with the admin team occurs from June through September. With school out of session, the summer months provide a key time for planning and preparation for all marketing, admissions, and operations.

Early Admissions: The bulk of enrollment activity occurs at the start of the school year, from September to December, necessitating strategic planning, high visibility, and a rapid response.

Regular Admissions: Following the early cycle, the admissions focus shifts to securing the allotted remaining spots.

Rolling Admissions: In the later months, ongoing enrollment continues, filling any remaining spots and building waitlists for each grade.
Admissions & Marketing:

Plan and execute major admissions events (e.g., Open Houses, Family Visits, Buddy Days) to attract prospective families.

Manage seasonal ad campaigns through agencies, ensuring effective creative development, placement, and ROI tracking.

Refresh marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, signage) and maintain content calendars for consistent visibility.

Manage application logistics and ensure alignment across SIS portal, website, and communication materials.

Organize and coordinate tours, Family Visits, and Buddy Days, facilitating smooth interactions with prospective families.

Lead and manage the school’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with school branding and messaging.

Oversee and enhance the school’s social media presence, developing engaging content and strategies to increase visibility and community engagement.
Operations:

Work with admin staff to support staff with seasonal school events and performances.

Serve as coordinator for certain school events (eg, Picture Day, End-of-Year Awards Ceremony).

Coordinate with the teams that handle facilities, school meals, and emergency drills.

Collaborate with leadership on annual handbook updates.

Maintain, update, and execute the compliance calendar throughout the year.

Serve as TEAM coordinator for certain school events (eg, Picture Day, End of Year Awards Ceremony).

Support the school leadership team with the school calendar and annual teacher/classroom schedules.

Work with the admin team to maintain the monthly compliance calendar.

Support the admin team with school-year startup and shutdown logistics.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $70,000- $75,000

12-month position with paid time off
