Community Eldercare Services (CES) is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team!

Assistant Director of Nursing duties include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate commitment to the CES mission, vision, and values
- Plan, organize, and implement ongoing staff education and in-service training
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training of nursing staff
- Track training attendance to ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee Nursing Services in the absence of the Director of Nursing
- Monitor unit activities, evaluate performance, and provide coaching or discipline as needed
- Participate in resident assessments and delivery of care
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure quality resident care
- Assist with infection control oversight and QAPI compliance
- Communicate with residents, families, and management regarding resident status
- Support associate relations to promote morale and retention
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or university program certificate required
- 2–4 years related experience required (charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred)
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State
- CPR – BLS certification required
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Intermediate computer skills
