Responsibilities
Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, providing information or directing inquiries.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Process payments to various carrier sites.
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, supporting the team.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
