Gina's Stonefired Italian & Pizzeria in Franklin, TN is looking for a server to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, reliable, and thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Presenting the menu and helping customers select food
• Delivering food to tables
• Delivering a great customer experience
• Closing activities: Sweeping, wiping, cleaning, preparing for the next day's service
• Other duties, as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age, and willing to obtain a TN ABC Server's Permit (for serving beer/wine).
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience as a Server, a plus, BUT we are willing to train anyone who is reliable and has a great attitude.
• Excellent customer service and a warm, welcoming personality
• This is a family business (when you work here, you are family). You MUST be a team-player, who puts the needs of others before your own.
