Job DescriptionJob Title – Ship-In Coordinator (Sales Coordinator)Duration - ~3 Months – (Temp only - timeframe subject to change based on individual’s performance & business needs) Location - 1520 N Cahuenga Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90028PR - $ 25/hrBR - $ 36.25/hrWork requirement - Hybrid, WFH Mondays and Fridays, then in-office Tuesday to ThursdayThe Role:The Ship-In Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administration related to pre- and post-sale activities for National and Local Ship-In Accounts into Los Angeles. This role will support the Los Angeles Ship-In Sales team to ensure timely delivery and execution of the sales process. Must possess strong communication and organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Essential Functions ::

  • Partner with the Ship-In Team on all facets of the National RFP process including proposal development, RFP response, customer service, and revenue objectives.
  • Manage and complete RFP’s in a timely manner.
  • Work with Ship-In Team to select OUTFRONT Media assets to amplify clients’ campaigns, products and brand stories.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, industry news and market expertise.
  • Master inventory knowledge of local DMA in order to help deliver quality RFP response.
  • Develop and foster relationships with the national team to help provide best in class responses to national RFP’s.
  • Responsible for providing all pre and post buy reporting and proof of performance materials.
  • Establish strong working relationships with National Account Executives, sales team and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments to achieve objectives and optimize revenue through strategic and creative means.
  • Continually strive for improvement on the sales and operations processes.

Qualifications ::

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and enthusiastic about the media and OOH industries.
  • Knowledge of OOH advertising or previous experience in the advertising industry a plus.
  • Eager to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
