Job Summary: We are a small metal fabrication job shop seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to oversee daily shop operations. This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing workflow, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring production schedules are met.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Supervise, train, and schedule shop employees</li>
<li>Assign work orders and monitor production progress</li>
<li>Ensure quality control and safe work practices (OSHA)</li>
<li>Operate press brake; assist with laser, welding, and machining as needed</li>
<li>Read blueprints and provide technical guidance</li>
<li>Coordinate inventory, maintenance, and shop equipment</li>

Requirements:

<li>Experience in metal fabrication job shop environment</li>
<li>Press brake operation required</li>
<li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills</li>
