Full-Time | Fee-for-Service | Salary: $105,000/year | $75 per visit

The Royal Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our growing home care team. As an SLP, you'll help patients improve communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, assessing speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve communication and swallowing function

• Educate patients and families on communication strategies, swallowing techniques, and home exercises

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team

• Document all evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with healthcare standards

Qualifications

• Current New York State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license (required)

• Experience in speech-language therapy (home health experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a home setting

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
