Title: Account Coordinator
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Salary: $40,000 - 50,000

We offer in-house printing, finishing, and fulfillment capabilities, serving a wide network of trusted clients. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, we are growing our customer service team to meet increasing demand.
Account Coordinator Role:
The Account Coordinator acts as the central point of contact between customers, the sales team, and the production department, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish. This role is crucial for managing the flow of information and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the production cycle.
Account Coordinator Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers to gather production print specifications

Prepare detailed production order forms and layouts

Coordinate the handling of customer pre-press materials

Secure written quotes and proposals from suppliers and vendors

Translate print requirements into detailed job tickets and shipping instructions

Ensure job instructions are entered into production systems

Handle inquiries regarding job status, orders, and discrepancies

Coordinate job production with department managers and external vendors

Issue job-specific purchase orders to suppliers and vendors

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Account Coordinator Reporting Relationships:
This position reports to the management team and does not have any direct reports.
About You:

Possess a high school diploma or GED
-
Have three to six months of related experience in print processes or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Excel and scheduling

Act as a detail-oriented, self-starter

Communicate effectively with customers, sales, and production teams

Coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Work well in a fast-paced environment

Solve problems and address discrepancies proactively

Physical Demands: The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds.
