LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a travel nursing job in West Allis, Wisconsin.

Minimum Qualifications
Certifications & Licensure
- BLS
- NIHSS
- ACLS (Preferred)
- Wisconsin RN license or compact multistate RN license
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
- Previous Telemetry experience strongly preferred.
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Skills required:
General Med/Surg skillset; Traches, Chest Tubes, read/interpret cardiac rhythm strips, Lasix gtts, Insulin gtts, Heparin gtts, wound vacs
- Technology/Equipment:
- o EMR: EPIC - required
- o IV Pump: Alaris
- o Med dispensing: Pyxis
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
Floating Requirements
- Must be willing to float to any Medical-Surgical unit based on staffing needs.
- Assignments are coordinated through the House Supervisor.
Schedule & Availability Requirements\nNight Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM\nEvery other weekend required\nEvery other major holiday required\nNo on-call requirement\nSix-week scheduling cycle\nUp to 7 days of requested time off (RTO) may be accommodated with contract extension.
