Event Coordinator – North America
We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to support our Client the planning and delivery of high‑quality events across the US and Canada. This role sits within a global Marketing & Communications team and supports product launches, industry events, client and broker engagements, conferences, and virtual events.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and deliver in‑person and virtual events aligned to brand and business objectives
- Manage invitations, vendors, venues, and event logistics
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to execute the annual event strategy
- Track budgets, timelines, KPIs, and event ROI
- Ensure events meet internal policies and regulatory requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 0-1 year of event coordination or related experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Creative, detail‑oriented, and highly organized
- Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
