The role involves conducting assessments, creating and revising care plans, administering medications and treatments, and meticulously documenting all actions in the electronic medical record (EMR).
As a Registered Nurse, you will work collaboratively with therapists, certified nursing assistants (CNAs), healthcare providers, and family members to achieve rehabilitation objectives and address long-term care requirements. Your efforts will be essential in fostering safety and enhancing quality outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
