Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance to donors, financial professionals, and organizations by addressing inquiries related to online access, account activity, and service offerings.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes and a seamless client experience.
• Respond promptly to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with administrative colleagues to manage and complete operational tasks within established timelines.
• Support core operational functions such as account setup, routing incoming contributions, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with policies.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to produce reports, track progress, and manage data effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with training, implementation of procedures, and adherence to quality standards.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of processes that align with organizational goals.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and financial tasks as required.• Proven experience in customer service and office administration roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage data entry and reporting tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with operational procedures, policies, and planning processes.
