We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our fast-paced 3PL warehouse team. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse and order processing experience, is comfortable working with inventory systems, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product information.
- Print shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation.
- Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory adjustments when needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform quality checks before orders are shipped.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Processing, preferably in a 3PL warehouse environment.
- Experience using RF scanners.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Inventory control and cycle count experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and Excel are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
