Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics)- Fargo, ND ( $4,000 Sign-On Bonus)

Job Type : Full-time | In-person

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team in Fargo, ND. In this full-time role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs designed to support children's functional independence and developmental goals. This position is ideal for therapists passionate about working with children and collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate therapeutic interventions addressing physical, sensory, psychological, and social development

• Educate and support families on adaptive strategies, home programs, and therapeutic equipment

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy approaches

• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming therapy environment

• Support organizational goals and assist with additional duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice

• Strong understanding of pediatric therapy principles, anatomy, and medical terminology

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Previous pediatric experience preferred (not required)
