Job Title: Clinical Director (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Location: Glendale, AZ
Hours & Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility to address urgent client needs during evenings or weekends as required
Work Environment: Residential Treatment Center (RTC) setting
Travel Required: Travel between local clinic locations up to 30 minutes apart, as needed
Salary / Hourly Rate: $90,000 – $100,000 annually

Job Summary:
The RTC Residential Clinical Director provides leadership, oversight, and clinical supervision to the behavioral health team in a residential treatment setting. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality client care, regulatory compliance, and the ongoing development of clinical staff. The Clinical Director fosters a collaborative, trauma-informed environment and models professionalism, ethical practice, and client-centered care at all times.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and performance oversight to clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona state regulations, licensing standards, and organizational policies.
• Oversee treatment planning, clinical documentation, and quality assurance processes.
• Promote and maintain a trauma-informed, collaborative treatment environment.
• Model and uphold professional boundaries and ethical clinical practice.
• Support staff training, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with crisis intervention and escalated client situations as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive client care.
• Travel between clinic locations within a 30-minute radius as required.
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
• Active Arizona license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• 3–5 years of clinical supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills with staff, clients, and families.
