Job DescriptionMaterial Handler – All Shifts Available
$20–$25/hr (Total Pay Range: $20.50–$25.50/hr)

Position Overview
The Material Handler plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and production. You’ll operate a variety of material‑handling equipment, fulfill orders accurately, and help keep products moving efficiently throughout the facility. If you enjoy fast‑paced work, teamwork, and learning new skills, this is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking — Pick and pack orders using pick sheets and RF scanners with accuracy and speed
- Material Movement — Transport products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Forklift Operation — Operate reach trucks, stand‑up, and sit‑down forklifts
- Truck Loading — Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments safely
- Pallet Building — Build pallets and prepare materials for shipment or storage
- Shipping & Receiving — Support dock operations and verify incoming/outgoing materials
- Inventory Tracking — Update counts and transactions using the Epicor ERP system
- Cross‑Department Support — Assist multiple departments and production teams as needed
Qualifications
- Warehouse Experience prior warehouse experience required
- Forklift Skills — 1+ year operating reach, stand‑up, or sit‑down forklifts
- Shipping/Receiving — Experience is a plus
- Tech Comfort — Able to use RF scanners and basic computer systems
- Physical Ability — Lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Teamwork — Flexible, reliable, and strong work ethic

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
