Operations Analyst- Law Firm

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM 100 Law Firm seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with creating complex reports and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic.
- Assist attorneys with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and preparing legal documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in legal studies, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an office coordinator in a law firm required.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) is a plus.
