Job Summary
One of our direct client is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and communication disorders. The SLP will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapy for communication and swallowing rehabilitation.

Educate patients and families on treatment strategies.

Maintain clinical documentation and patient progress records.

Occasionally provide weekend coverage and float to Grants Pass when needed.
Qualifications

Required Certification: BLS
-
License: Oregon SLP License (not required at submission but required prior to start)

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.

Strong clinical assessment and therapy skills.
Compensation
Salary: $39.91 – $54.89 per hour
Shift
8-hour day shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Additional Shift Differentials
-
$2.02/hr for 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
-
$4.50/hr for 11:01 PM – 7:00 AM
-
$1.87/hr for weekend hours
