Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to patients in behavioral health settings.

• Monitor and document patient progress and behavior changes.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training.

• Assist in implementing therapeutic activities and interventions.

• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.

• Utilize data to track and achieve performance targets.

• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

• Foster positive relationships with patients and their families.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

• Provide feedback on patient care processes and improvements.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Experience/Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health or related field preferred.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and training.

• Strong communication skills for effective patient interactions.
